Positive: Wonderful place to relax and use as a base for nearby towns and beaches
Negative: Wasps. But that’s hardly their fault! Also I did see a few traps hanging in the trees.
Summary: Highly recommend. Will definitely consider this place again if we return to Sardinia!

Positive: We enjoyed the swimming pool, the quiet location and the food. Breakfast was good and dinner was also quite nice. The rooms were clean and overall the stay was pleasant.
Negative: No complimentary water (only paid), no coffee or tea provided in the room. It was not possible to iron clothes, only via paid service. Fitness and most facilities (except the pool) were also extra charged. Our terrace was a bit dark, so we didn’t spend time there.

Positive: We had a great stay. The staff were friendly and the views from the apartment were great. The breakfast was a good buffet and the dinner was well cooked food.
Negative: The apartment was comfortable, but probably not as well equipped as we might have hoped. That being said, extras were provided on request. The time of year we went was very much end of season, and we would love to see how different the place is then! We would love to be able to have a few walking routes developed around the property.
Summary: A comfortable stay in a beautiful setting.

Positive: Top Top Top !! We had a really wonderful stay at "Tenuta Pilastru". Very nice and helpful team, always ready do give us excellent suggestions where to go and what to do. The room was spacious and very clean with a great WIFI connection . Perfect warm pleasant weather in October. Excellent quality and price.
Negative: Too short stay !! We will come back again !!

Positive: Really enjoyed the setting of the hotel and its quietness, however it’s worth nothing there’s no immediate surrounding bars or restaurants. The restaurant was really enjoyable and the servicing staff all very friendly and accommodating. Loved the way the menu changes each day, with lots of local wines to choose from. Scenery surrounding the hotel is very beautiful and the terrace up on the rocks provides a great spot for sunset drinks.
Negative: Stayed in the main building, and whilst this is close to the carpark, moving luggage in wasn’t the easiest due to the cobbled stones, up/ down stairs and slimmer doorways. Would be great if the Hotel had WhatsApp service for support. One night a big storm came through and our air conditioning stopped working, there was no one covering reception to help fix. (The next morning when notified they did fix the issue immediately.)

Positive: Being French, having lived in Spain, I would not have thought that I would find the best ham in Sardinia but here it was. The restaurant is worth the detour, and the restaurant staff was exceptional. Definitely amazing food. The hotel is beautiful, and it is quite the view. It is very much nested in the countryside. With a car, it can be an interesting point of anchor. One of the hotel staff members was really helpful and went above and beyond to help us out.
Negative: - The spa and the gym comes at hefty additional cost and it is not a pleasant, if you pick a four star hotel is to enjoy the amenities, it should be part of the price. It was a disappointment considering the hotel is not centrally located. - The hotel staff was a bit versatile, one member was more than helpful and she did all she could to help, the other was a bit more standoff ish. - It was not clear how large the property is vs. description.

Positive: The room was a good size for two people, clean and comfortable, although a few more flat surfaces to put things on would be useful. The breakfast was very good and the restaurant staff were lovely. Evening meals in the restaurant were also very good. The pool looked inviting and was kept clean and tidy. Reception staff spoke good English and were friendly.
Negative: There are lots of slopes, steps and uneven paths in the property. We had a problem with the air conditioning in our room which was churning out hot air on a warm day. We turned it off and, after a somewhat heated discussion, this was rectified the next day. Air conditioning temperature seems to be centrally controlled and you don't seem able to set your own preference. There was only one bin in the room and that was in the bathroom - could do with a second bin by the desk in the room.
